For homeowners. Free, forever.
Point your phone at your furnace. Your home starts keeping its own records.
Ages read off the sticker. Recalls checked. Seasonal jobs that come from what your home actually has. A binder you can hand to an insurer or a buyer.

How it works

Scan a room
Point your phone at what is there. The sticker on the furnace tells Hearth the make, the model and the year, so it knows which questions to ask.

Answer one honest question at a time
No forms. When Hearth is unsure of something, it asks about that one thing, and only when it matters.

Your home keeps its own record
Systems, rooms, service history, recall checks, and the story of the house, in one binder you can hand to an insurer or a buyer as a PDF.
What a scan finds
Real screens from the app, not mockups.
Made 1997, read from the serial number
The Guide asks one thing
What the camera looks for
Every room, what it is made of
The binder, exported

For a home like yours
A hot water tank past its typical life. A pre-1989 Edmonton home with a sump and no backwater valve. A basement that has never had a radon test. Hearth notices, from your own record, and asks once whether you want help. Your call, always.
Prices vary from home to home. Getting more than one quote is expected and encouraged.
What is free
Every scan, every room, the whole binder. Free, forever.
Android now, in a closed test. iPhone after. No card, no trial clock, no upgrade screen.
Before you start
- Is it really free?
- Yes. Every scan, every room, the whole binder, for as long as you own the home. Hearth is paid for by the agents who give it to their clients, not by you.
- Who sees my data?
- You. Sharing is off by default. If you connect with your agent you choose exactly what they can see, item by item, and you can turn it off any time.
- What if I do not have an agent?
- Hearth works on its own. Connecting with an agent only adds the monthly letter and the trades they recommend.
- What does Hearth never do?
- It never invents a value for your home, never quotes a price for a job, and never sells your photos. When something needs a real number, it tells you to get more than one quote.
- Android or iPhone?
- Android first, in a closed test you can join now. iPhone follows once the Android test is done. Leave your email and we will tell you.
Your home already has a story. Hearth just starts writing it down.
