Delete your account
Last updated: September 30, 2026
You can delete your account yourself, inside the app, at any time. If you no longer have the app, you can ask us to do it for you by email.
Inside the app
In Hearth
Open Help, then Profile and sharing. At the bottom, below Sign Out, tap Delete my account and type DELETE.
Deleted: your home's record, its rooms, walls and plans, the photos and reports you added, the looks drawn of it, its findings, systems and seasonal jobs, your tax figures and receipts, what you shared with your agent, the homes you toured and your messages with your agent about them. Your connection to your agent ends.
In Remedy
Tap your profile at the top of the home screen. At the bottom, below Sign out, tap Delete my account and type DELETE.
Deleted: your business profile and photo, licence and insurance papers, expenses and receipts, mileage and tax figures, bank links, your jobs and their photos, and every request, quote and message no homeowner can see. If a payment from an agent is still on its way to you, deleting waits until it has been sent.
In Mantel
Open the Profile tab and tap Delete account, then type DELETE. If your plan is still active, cancel it on the web first.
If you are the only person in your workspace, your sign-in is removed and the workspace is erased: your clients, their notes and messages, your letters, drafts, files and settings, and your connected accounts and keys.
Some records stay: who opted out of messages or asked not to be called, so they are never contacted again; logs of account and system actions (the system log is cleared after 30 days); payment records; records of this and earlier deletions; and deal amounts and dates, with the address and notes removed. What a homeowner keeps in Hearth, including homes and invitations you shared with them, and what a contractor keeps in Remedy stay with them.
If other people share your workspace, only your sign-in leaves it. The workspace and its records stay with them.
What stays
Records that belong to someone else stay with them. An agent keeps their own client file. A contractor keeps their record of work you asked them for: your request, their quote and bill, and your messages with them. A homeowner keeps the quotes and bills a contractor sent them, and the messages about that work.
Your sign-in is removed too, unless you also use it for another of our apps. This cannot be undone.
Without the app
Email brent.deptuck@gmail.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. Tell us which app it is for (Hearth, Remedy or Mantel) and the name on the account. We may reply to that address to confirm it is you before we delete anything, and we delete the same things the app would.
See our privacy policy for your other rights.
